Welcome to South Cirby Neighborhood Association (SCNA)!
A member of the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA) and a 501(c)(3) public benefit community organization. SCNA works to promote and foster neighborhood unity, community partnerships and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood and Roseville.
SCNA is NOT a homeowners association.

South Cirby Neighborhood Association (SCNA)
*****Needs Your Help to Stay Active*****
What does this mean for your neighborhood?
- SCNA couldn’t hold the election as planned on Wednesday, October 9, because we didn’t have enough candidates for the board. President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer positions are required to stay active with Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA). Please consider running for the SCNA board to keep your neighborhood association active. If we don’t get a minimum of four (4) candidates, SCNA will go inactive sometime in April.
- Email southcirbyneighborhoodwatch@gmail.com as soon as possible with your questions and let us know of your interest.
- If SCNA deactivates because of a lack of board members, all activities mentioned in the link below as well as others not mentioned, will stop. The remaining funds in the account will be turned over to RCONA’s Trust Account and held for one year to help a new board reactivate. SCNA has a population of 2,674 and 1,004 homes. We’d like to find at least four (4) people to volunteer for the board. Please help us give you these great events and projects!
